Hey I nominated Zari in legends of tomorrow. AO3 using piping to note them as the same character but they are from different timelines. The character Zari Tomaz was in seasons 1-4 and erased from the timeline. In season 5 she was introduced as Zari Tarazi with a different history and personality. Hope this clarifies things!
